		<description><![CDATA[As I have lived and worked on farms much of my life and keep a vibrant vegetable garden with bee hives / chickens here in the District, it is important that we learn to incorporate a variety of urban permaculture practices and work on legislation that would make it easier for communities to use the many abandoned lots across the city. Building a strong sense of community happens from the ground up!]]></description>
